Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the 22jili platform, including all sports betting, fish games, casino-style entertainment, account management, deposits, withdrawals, and VIP programme features. By registering an account or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. 22jili reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the 22jili platform, in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations on online gaming. By creating an account, you confirm that you are of legal age and that all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Each person may hold only one account; duplicate accounts may be suspended without prior notice. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. All transactions on the 22jili platform are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits must be made through the payment methods listed in your account dashboard, which may include GCash, Maya, and local bank transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated periodically. Withdrawals are processed to thesame payment method used for the deposit, and processing times vary depending on your VIP tier — higher tiers benefit from faster withdrawal handling. 22jili does not charge internal fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Any funds deposited must be used for platform activity and may not be transferred to third parties. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification checks in line with responsible gaming and anti-fraud requirements.
You agree to use the 22jili platform only for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure: creating multiple accounts, using automated software or bots to interact with the platform, exploiting technical errors or glitches for financial gain, colluding with other players, engaging in any form of fraud or money laundering, and providing false information during registration or verification. 22jili monitors account activity for irregular patterns and reserves the right to withhold funds and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities where required by law. Bonuses and promotional offers made available on the 22jili platform are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time each offer is presented. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. 22jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players and may not be claimed through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play. Any attempt to abuse bonus terms will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Participation in the 22jili VIP programme is automatic for all registered accounts, and tier advancement is based on qualifying activity across sports betting, fish games, and casino-style entertainment. VIP tier benefits — including faster withdrawal processing, priority support, and exclusive PHP bonuses — are applied to your account as soon as a new tier is reached and remain active for the duration of your qualifying period. 22jili reserves the right to adjust VIP tier criteria, benefits, and qualifying periods at any time. The 22jili platform is provided on an "as available" basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 22jili shall not be liable for any loss of funds, loss of data, or other damages arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. You acknowledge that sports betting and gaming involve financial risk, and that you participate entirely at your own discretion. 22jili does not accept liability for decisions made by players based on information displayed on the platform, including odds, game outcomes, or account balance displays that may be subject to technical delay. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or any other matter that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
